Essential Responsibilities of Fulfillment Manager:

• Shapes the culture of the warehouse and works towards a high level of team member engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Assists with achieving all budgeted financial goals, including income, sales, costs, etc.
• Assists with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members in all aspects of the business.
• Maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination.
• Work with team members in creating a positive customer experience and customer needs in accordance with the guidelines set by Malnati Organization – Tastes of Chicago.
• Schedule team members in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
• Implement TOC promotions.
• Responsible for inventory maintenance, purchasing and receiving per TOC.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness guidelines for the location per TOC.
• Monitor and maintain the high quality of service and food per TOC.
• Supervise the repair and maintenance of the warehouse. Report and address safety concerns.
• Provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding service failures or guest concerns.
• Ensure the location is prepared based on daily business needs and set up in all areas daily including but not limited to line setup, product replenishments, cleanliness, and staffing.
• Responsible for attending required weekly, monthly and ad-hoc meetings.
• May delegate responsibilities with approval from their supervisor.
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Ability to freely access all areas of the warehouse including but not limited to production, support coordinators and IT.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb and move about the facility; ability to stand approximately 90% of workday; manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift, move or handle goods throughout the location generally weighing 0-80 pounds.

Education and/or Training:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 –3 years distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Required to read and write English, follow, and assign verbal and written instructions and use math.
• Must have thorough knowledge of Company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Must be proficient in Spanish.
